Guided Chakra Practice

A Full Root-to-Crown Meditation

Sit or lie down comfortably. Relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your breath slow down naturally.

Take a slow breath in... and a long breath out. Again... inhale... exhale. Let your awareness drop into your body.

Root — “I am here”

Bring attention to the base of your spine. Notice: do I feel safe, or tense?

  • If there’s fear or unease, don’t push it away
  • Just feel it
  • Imagine the energy becoming heavy, stable, grounded

“I am safe in this moment.”

Sacral — “I feel”

Move awareness to your lower abdomen. What am I feeling right now?

  • Don’t label it as good or bad
  • If there’s numbness or overwhelm, let it soften
  • Let it move and become fluid, like water

“I allow myself to feel.”

Solar Plexus — “I act”

Bring attention to your upper abdomen. Where am I holding doubt or control?

  • Feel that energy directly
  • Gently shift it into warmth and strength
  • Let a sense of quiet confidence build

“I trust myself to act.”

Heart — “I open”

Focus on your chest. Is there tightness, guarding, or pain?

  • Let it be there with no fixing
  • Imagine the space softening and expanding
  • Let the breath move through your chest

“I am open to connection.”

Throat — “I express”

Bring awareness to your throat. What am I not saying?

  • Feel that held energy
  • Imagine it clearing like a channel opening
  • Let expression become easier and cleaner

“I speak my truth clearly.”

Third Eye — “I see”

Focus between your eyebrows. Are your thoughts racing or cloudy?

  • Don’t fight them
  • Just observe
  • Let them settle into clarity

“I see clearly.”

Crown — “I am”

Bring awareness to the top of your head. Let everything expand.

  • No effort
  • No control
  • Just rest here for a few breaths

“I am.”

Integration (Alchemy Completion)

Now imagine all centers connected—energy flowing from root to crown and back down again.

Everything you felt has shifted. Nothing was wasted.

Take one final breath in... and out... then gently return.

Why This Practice Matters

This kind of guided sequence lets you meet each center directly, without rushing past what it is holding.

The practice becomes Energy Alchemy when you feel, soften, and allow each layer to transform into something steadier, clearer, and more open.
