Bring attention to the base of your spine. Notice: do I feel safe, or tense?
- If there’s fear or unease, don’t push it away
- Just feel it
- Imagine the energy becoming heavy, stable, grounded
“I am safe in this moment.”
A Full Root-to-Crown Meditation
Sit or lie down comfortably. Relax your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Let your breath slow down naturally.
Take a slow breath in... and a long breath out. Again... inhale... exhale. Let your awareness drop into your body.
Bring attention to the base of your spine. Notice: do I feel safe, or tense?
“I am safe in this moment.”
Move awareness to your lower abdomen. What am I feeling right now?
“I allow myself to feel.”
Bring attention to your upper abdomen. Where am I holding doubt or control?
“I trust myself to act.”
Focus on your chest. Is there tightness, guarding, or pain?
“I am open to connection.”
Bring awareness to your throat. What am I not saying?
“I speak my truth clearly.”
Focus between your eyebrows. Are your thoughts racing or cloudy?
“I see clearly.”
Bring awareness to the top of your head. Let everything expand.
“I am.”
Now imagine all centers connected—energy flowing from root to crown and back down again.
Everything you felt has shifted. Nothing was wasted.
Take one final breath in... and out... then gently return.
This kind of guided sequence lets you meet each center directly, without rushing past what it is holding.
The practice becomes Energy Alchemy when you feel, soften, and allow each layer to transform into something steadier, clearer, and more open.
