Awareness
Notice the emotion without judgment. Name what is here before trying to change it.
How Energy Actually Transforms
This is the deeper layer of the work: not just noticing energy, but moving it through a real process of transformation.
The flow begins with awareness, deepens through acceptance and inquiry, shifts through practice, and completes itself through lived integration.
Notice the emotion without judgment. Name what is here before trying to change it.
Stop resisting it. Energy begins to soften when it is allowed to exist.
Ask: “What is this energy asking for?”
Shift the energy through conscious means:
Act from the new state so the shift becomes embodied in how you actually live.
Many shifts feel real in the moment but fade because they never become action. Integration is what turns a temporary insight into an actual change in behavior, relationship, or presence.
In other words, energy only fully transforms when you live it.
Awareness opens the process. Acceptance stops the inner fight. Inquiry reveals what the energy needs. Transformation gives it movement. Integration makes it real.
That is the full flow: not just feeling something, but helping it become something new.
